Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format. Conform to standard of IJAIN journal template, and the text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
- The author(s) agree that after acceptence the author(s) are prohitited to change the authors (add or remove). However, it could possible to change the order of author(s) before the paper is published.
- Abstract has a maximum 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
- Section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
- References expect a minimum of 30 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published within the latest 4 years (between 2020 and 2023). It used a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and have chosen the IEEE style.
The author is not allowed to withdraw the submitted manuscripts because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources that editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing the submitted manuscripts, and works invested by the Publisher. However, the authors could suggest the withdrawal if there is no updated progress review information after six months from our side. - The length of the submitted paper is at least 12 pages and no more than 16 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper is needing more than 16 pages
