Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of International Journal of Advances in Intelligent Informatics must be

  1. Written in English.
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 12 pages and no more than 16 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper is needing more than 16 pages.
  3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose IEEE style
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the IJAIN paper template

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of the paper should describe research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 230 to250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction -  Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 30 references primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published within the latest 4 years (between 2020 and 2023).

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format. Conform to standard of IJAIN journal template, and the text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  3. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  4. The author(s) agree that after acceptence the author(s) are prohitited to change the authors (add or remove). However, it could possible to change the order of author(s) before the paper is published.
  5. Abstract has a maximum 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
  6. Section structure: Introduction -  Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  7. References expect a minimum of 30 references primarily with a minimum of  80% to journal papers published within the latest 4 years (between 2020 and 2023). It used a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and have chosen the IEEE style.

  8. The author is not allowed to withdraw the submitted manuscripts because the withdrawal is a waste of valuable resources that editors and referees spent a great deal of time processing the submitted manuscripts, and works invested by the Publisher. However, the authors could suggest the withdrawal if there is no updated progress review information after six months from our side.   9. The length of the submitted paper is at least 12 pages and no more than 16 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper is needing more than 16 pages

  • The work has been approved by all the author(s) and by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – of the institutes where the work has been carried out.
  • They secure the right to reproduce any material that has already been published or copyrighted elsewhere.

Authors who publish with International Journal of Advances in Intelligent Informatics agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal. 
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.  

 

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Article processing charges (APCs) / Article Publication Fee: 385.00 (USD)
This journal charge the article publication fee (with PayPal or Transfer processing fee, is 6% of the amount) for supporting the cost of wide open access dissemination of research results, managing the various costs associated with handling and editing of the submitted manuscripts, and the Journal management and publication in general, the authors or the author's institution is requested to pay a publication fee for each article accepted. The fee covers :

  • The standard of the first twelve (12) pages manuscript. For every additional page, an extra fee of 40 USD per page will be charged. 
  • DOI registration for each paper., 
  • Checking the articlesimilarity by iThenticate; the final result will be sent to authors (by request).
  • Layout Editing according to template and journal standard.

A waiver or partial waiver of author fees may be decided by the editor in case of lack of funding, excessive length of a submitted manuscript or other reasonable reasons provided by the author during the submission. The author should clearly declare that he asks for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission. A waiver is most likely to be denied if it is not asked in this stage. The waiver will have no effect on the review result.
